'Everybody has a story for a reason why they are that way. So you were hurt by people, but I think your revelation is that realising how much pain that you have inside and to cope, you are fearless to hurt other people and sometimes to the point that you don't even know it's happening.' - Tyra Banks
hanis,
just notice the self-portrait of yours.
it's natural, love it.
btw, i was actually surprise by the way u describe
my pix on vespa. the word "angle" and "dimension"
caught my attention. cheers.
lighting is nice and soft, I feel the picture could be improved if there are catch lights in your eyes (many ways to do this: open a window opposite, using a white bounce card, use a TV etc2...)
i like what you've done for this picture, in terms of the color and editing. the "my-face-in-your-face" composition works well for me too, because it gives a rather intimate feeling.
my only complaint? the focus macam lari sikit. seems like it's not on your eyes, but on your hair and the immediate area in front of your face. perhaps, what you can do next time, is to have a placeholder (something small) for you to set the focus on (this is assuming that you took this photo yourself). or, you can also increase the depth of field a bit more.
Is this the same girl with the dimple? Nice shot. Short hair better, looks much more cute even without the dimple. I want to see more than the 2 fingers. I'd love to see some light in the eyes or did you purposely cloned it off? What actually attracted my attention is the lower lips and chin. Very well shaped.
for me... the two fingers nail it for this one. good job and i must say... your work is getting better and more impressive by the shots. keep it up girl... someday u'll be big, i pray.
